Shekura was a life saver for me. I contacted her when a 1031 Exchange deal had fallen through at the last minute and I had days to identify other properties. She worked TIRELESSLY to show me properties all over a vast metro area. Shekura negotiated well on our behalf with sellers and their agents, and we ended successfully with a great property. I would definitely recommend Shekura to go to bat for buyers, no matter the pressure or difficulty of assignment! She is a clear communicator and very responsive at all times. She was patient and stable during a stressful time for me, and she got it done!

What can I say ....Shekura was awesome to work with !! She was there 24/7 anytime I called she was quick to respond and the thing was ... she was even my original realtor, she stepped in when my realtor left for vacation and completed the task (which was not an easy one because I'm very picky) to the end and is still available for me whenever I have any questions since I am a new transplant to Texas and this area.
